First and foremost, I loved the service. There was confirmation call and delivery within mentioned time. I ordered it last minute and yet received it.
I liked that the stuff was of good quality. Yet I feel that stitches can be loosen up easily. Also when you think of cuddly things for kids they're usually very soft inside. Not firm. But it's not a complaint. Just an observation.
I would suggest you to offer customised stuff toyes with something written by the sender or someone buying. I saw it on one page but they've suspended for a while.
